The Adirondack Mushroom Farm offers sustainably cultivated gourmet and medicinal mushrooms and spawn. Our farm features native Adirondack mushrooms brought into cultivation for all to enjoy. We are a family operation producing in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. While not certified organic, no synthetic fungicides, pesticides, herbicides, or nutrients are used in production. Our goal is to help provide wholesome, healthy food to our local communities.
