About Us
We are a family operated farm located in the beautiful North Fork Valley of Colorado, which is home to numerous organic farms and orchards. Our main income comes from direct selling of our product at our road side stand and at farmers' markets. We have a total of 90 acres, with about 4 under production.
By family farm, I mean our children work with us and are an integral part of what we do. They range in age from 6-13 years old. Our personal interest include languages (Japanese, Spanish, sign language), cooking, sewing, horses, and eating well.
We grow/produce a wide range of produce, value added product, meat chickens, and eggs. Following is a thorough list. strawberries,heirloom tomatoes,hybrid tomatoes,
cherry tomatoes,nectarines,apricots,plums(yellow variety),small wild plums(purple), corn,blackberries,specialty melons (5 varieties),watermelon,Sweet onions,garlic, flowers, bouquets,summer squash/zucchini,squash blossoms,lettuce,chard,arugula,other greens,haricots verts (French fillet bean),cucumbers,eggplant,Japanese eggplant (the long skinny purple ones),4 or so varieties of winter squash,baby pam pumpkins, cilantro,basil,beets,parsley,collards, kale,Organic honey whole wheat bread,pasture raised whole frozen chickens (fryers),dill pickles,heirloom tomato salsa,and free range vegetarian brown eggs.
